KNHS-Bargaining-Tentative Agreement **Reminder** Voting Open Now

To: All MoveUP Members at Kekinow Native Housing Society
We would like to remind you that online voting is currently open to vote on the tentative agreement. Voting will close Friday, April 21 at 4:30 p.m.
Highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 5-year contract
- Wage increases:
2% wage increase in 2023 + 3% wage increase upon ratification
3% wage increase in 2024,
3% wage increase in 2025,
2% wage increase in 2026,
2% wage increase in 2027,
2% wage increase in 2028
- One-time bonus of $250.00 upon ratification
- Increases in cell phone allowance up to $100.00/month
- New transit subsidy of $85.00/month
- New health spending account of $500.00/month in addition to your exisiting benefits plan
- Change to hours of work from 7 hours to 7.5 hours (Optional for existing employees)
- Updated language in the collective agreement
How to vote:
Voting is open now and will remain open until Friday April 21 at 4:30 p.m.
To vote, simply log in to the Members Portal https://memberportal.moveuptogether.ca/ and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address. If you do not know your membership number you can obtain this number through an online form at https://moveuptogether.ca/membernumber/
Please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the voting opening you will not be eligible to vote.
