Avis Budget Group – Tentative Agreement Ratified by Membership
December 12, 2022
To: All MoveUP members at Avis Budget Group
Please be advised that the ballots were verified on December 9, 2022, by the Labour Relations Board Returning Officer.
The MoveUP members at Avis Budget Group voted in favour of accepting the proposed terms of settlement.
The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 52
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 25
Spoiled Ballots: 0
Total Ballots Cast: 77
In accordance with this result, we now have a new collective agreement. The union will amend and edit the new collective agreement and distribute copies in the weeks ahead. The employer has informed the union that we can expect the retro-active wage adjustments and wage increases by the December 30, 2022, pay period.
