AVIS – Bargaining Update – Section 78

On November 28, the employer, pursuant to Section 78 of the Labour Code, has made an application seeking a last offer vote. The employer will be sending out the package, to all members, that you will be voting on. When the vote will be held is still unknown. Prior to the vote, the union will be holding a membership meeting to discuss the implications of the vote and answer any questions you may have.
