MacLure’s Membership Meeting July 7 re: Wages and Benefits

To: MoveUP Members at MacLure's Cabs
After several attempts to schedule a meeting with the employer, the parties met on June 29, 2022, to discuss outstanding issues pertaining to the administration of the collective agreement. Upon review of the employer’s disclosure, your union notes:
- The employer failed to classify your employee status based on the hours worked. In other words, the employer has not paid you correctly and enrolled you for benefits as set out in the collective agreement.
- The employer failed to meet its contractual obligations and remit dues on your behalf.
You will find your collective agreement at MACLURES. For your convenience, your wages are as follows:
| Call Taker/Phone Operator | $15.79 |
| Dispatcher – Full Time | $19.41 |
| Dispatcher – Part Time | $18.19 |
*Part time dispatchers shall move to the full time dispatcher rate of pay after one thousand (1000) hours worked as a part timer.
