ICBC – Workload Conversation and Strategy Session

To: All MoveUP Claims Specialist Members at ICBC
We continue to hear from Claims Specialists about the issue of workload and how it is impacting your health and wellbeing. We are deeply concerned and want to talk to you about it, let you know what we have been doing and brainstorm on how all of us can play a part in making improvements. Without question, this is a problem that we need to tackle as a team.
Please join us for a Zoom meeting on Thursday, September 23 from 6:00 -7:30 p.m.

This meeting is your opportunity to share your concerns, but more importantly, help develop a campaign to tackle this problem together.
