BCGEU – Bargaining Committee Election REMINDER – Vote
December 21, 2020
To: All MoveUP members at BCGEU
The deadline for nomination forms to be received at the union office was November 27, 2020. At that time, nominations to fill the vacant positions were received from the following:
- Katie Marvin
- Carmen McChesney
- Amy Turton
- Gagan Gill
- Doris Stowe
- Meaghan Morrice
- Amelia (Amy) Peterson
- Deena Coles
An election for four (4) bargaining committee members and one (1) alternate committee member will be held electronically. The candidate with the fifth highest number of votes will be declared the alternate committee member.

How you vote:
To vote, simply log in to the member portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. Please do so as soon as possible. If you do not know your membership number, please email membership and they will assist you with this.
Online voting
Voting opens: Friday, December 18, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.
Voting closes: Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 4 p.m.
