BCH & Powertech – Ratification Vote Deadline – 4:00 p.m. April 8, 2020

To: All MoveUP Members at BCH and Powertech
This is to follow up to our March 12, 2020 bulletin that advised that a tentative agreement was reached between MoveUP and BC Hydro and Powertech. Due to COVID-19 concerns mail-in ballots were sent to all MoveUP members at their home address.
We have heard from some members that they have not received their ballot. If you have not received your ballot please contact MoveUP by email at bchbargaining@moveuptogether.ca with your current mailing address by Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
In order to ensure your ballot is received by April 8, 2020 no ballots will be mailed to members after March 31, 2020.
Once the Returning Officer has counted your ballots the results of the ratification vote will be released. The results of the ratification vote should be available by April 16, 2020.
