CCIS Bargaining Committee Election

To: MoveUP Members at Coastal Community Insurance Services
MoveUP and Coastal Community Insurance Services collective agreement will expire on December 31, 2019. Please be aware the agreement will continue in full force until a new agreement is negotiated and ratified. Before this can happen, you must select your bargaining committee.
The bargaining committee will consist of four members, comprised of one executive councillor and three job stewards. Your union representative will also sit on the committee to lead negotiations.
Your executive councillor is Laura White. We will be conducting an election to fill the remaining 3 positions. If you are a Job Steward who would like to sit on the committee, or if you would like to nominate a Job Steward, a nomination form is attached. Please return by Friday, July 5, 2019. In the event that there are more nominations than positions available, an election will be held.
