BC Hydro and Powertech Labs Bargaining Update # 8

Your union bargaining committee and BC Hydro met on April 16^th, 17th and 18^th  to exchange and review bargaining proposals. This is always the first step in collective agreement negotiations

The proposals were based on extensive feedback we heard from our members via the bargaining survey, the February Telephone Town Hall and through one-on-one conversations.

The parties have had preliminary discussions on various issues and will be reconvening on May 22^nd to 24^th for more in-depth discussion on all proposals.
