Canadian Freightways – Bargaining Committee Member Required

To: All MoveUP Job Stewards at Canadian Freightways

The union and employer are preparing to begin bargaining in March 2019. As one of our bargaining committee members, Frank Brennan, has decided to retire in January, we will need another job steward to take his place at the table.

If you are interested in the bargaining process and would like to join Lisa Main and your union representative at negotiations for a new collective agreement, please submit your name to cpopeniuk@moveuptogether.ca no later than December 21, 2018.

If we receive more than one application, we will hold an election of the membership to choose the job steward who will represent the members on the bargaining committee.
