Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with your employer, Konica Minolta.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- Three (3) year term
- Retroactive Wages
- April 01, 2018 2.0%
- April 01, 2019 2.0% Wage increase if the company profit plan is achieved
- April 01, 2019 2.0% Cash bonus if the company profit plan not achieved
- April 01, 2020 2.0% Wage increase if the company profit plan is achieved
- April 01, 2020 2.0% Cash bonus if the company profit plan not achieved
- Maternity, Adoption and Parental language added
- Seniority language updated
- New position and employees added to the bargaining unit
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on Friday, November 2, 2018, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. In attendance will be your bargaining committee. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot. Please make every effort to attend.

A conference call will be arranged for the Prince George members to participate. A courier package will be sent to the Prince George office containing your ballot packages.
