BC Hydro & Powertech Labs Inc. – RE: MOU #85 B (Customer Care) RWWL Days Clarification

To: All MoveUP members at BC Hydro and Powertech Labs Inc.


Further to yesterdays bulletin regarding scheduling RWWL days twice a year, we want to clarify that members of BC Hydro under MOU 85 in Customer Care as reflected in Memorandum of Understanding #85 B, do not schedule their RWWL twice a year.  The Call Centre members have their shift schedules set every 12 weeks and their RWWL days are pre-scheduled in that 12-week shift period, or multiples thereof, with sign up at least 2 weeks in advance.

The Hours of Work and Scheduling for MOU 85 Employees Performing Customer Care Centre Work are in the annotated BC Hydro collective agreement starting at page 309 in the salmon pages.
