Canadian Northern Shield – Ratification Vote Meeting – March 16, 2018
To: All MoveUP Members at Canadian Northern Shield
On March 9, 2018 a tentative agreement (available here) was reached between the union bargaining committee and CNS.
Your union is recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on March 16, 2018, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot.
Members onsite will be advised which of these two meetings they will be attending by their work leaders, to ensure coverage.

PLACE: MultiPurpose Room, 19th Floor
Please make every effort to attend this important meeting.
A conference bridge will be sent directly to members who work at home or who are currently on leave. A mail-in ballot will also be sent to these members with voting instructions included.
