REMINDER - MoveUP Hosts BBQ & Baseball event at Nat Bailey Stadium

To: All MoveUP Members in the Lower Mainland

Come join MoveUP for a day at the ballpark and enjoy some good food and great baseball.

Tickets for this popular event are priced at: $15 per adult; $10 per child (5 to 12 years old); Children 4 and under are free (price includes entrance to the game and an all you can eat BBQ with burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers and a salad bar).

Deadline for registration and payment is noon on Monday July 29, 2013.

Date:  Sunday, August 4, 2013
Time:  BBQ - 12:00 pm
          Game starts at 1:05 pm

Please complete the attached registration form and send it, along with your cheque or money order made out to COPE Local 378 to Miriam Spinner at MoveUP, 2nd Floor – 4595 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 1J9.  Please do not send cash.

Note: Maximum tickets allowed per MoveUP Member: 1 for COPE Member, 1 for a guest & up to 4 children (of any age).

There are only 150 tickets available and they will be provided on a "first-come-first-served" basis. If this event is not sold out by July 26, 2013 we will notify you that you can purchase additional tickets for guests other than family members.

Once payment is received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you by July 31st, 2013.

Tickets will be available for pick up any time after 11:30 am on game day at the Canadians "will call" booth. Tickets will be under the member’s last name and ID will be requested.

We look forward to cheering on the Canadians with you on August 4th.
